設(shè)備簡介Equipment introduction:

　　該設(shè)備主要用于不銹鋼、碳鋼、鋁等金屬材質(zhì)的圓管之間的平焊縫焊接，內(nèi)側(cè)角焊縫焊接、法蘭與圓管之間的角焊縫。設(shè)備由PLC控制，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠，設(shè)備操作簡便。

　　The equipment is mainly used for flat welding between round tubes of carbon steel,stainless steel,aluminum and other metal materials,fillet welding and inner fillet welding between flanges and round tubes.The equipment is controlled by PLC,stable and reliable operation,easy operation.

　　應(yīng)用范圍Scope of application:

　　適用于碳鋼、不銹鋼及其它金屬材質(zhì)工件的環(huán)縫焊接?？珊附尤鐑馔?、熱水器、消防筒、傳動軸、減震器、消聲器、容器罐、管管對接、接法蘭、接彎頭三通等工件的環(huán)縫焊接。

　　Suitable for annular welding of carbon steel,stainless steel,aluminum and other metal materials workpieces.It can be similar to the appearance of the workpiece such as gas storage cylinder,water heater,fire tube,transmission shaft,shock absorber,muffler,container tank,pipe butt joint,pipe flange,pipe elbow tee ring welding.

　　1、主軸是由步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制，旋轉(zhuǎn)速度可從0開始調(diào)節(jié)，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，扭矩大。

　　The spindle is controlled by a stepper motor,rotation speed can be adjusted from 0,with stable operation and large torque.

　　2、裝夾方便，使用氣缸快速精準(zhǔn)地將工件固定住。

　　The clamping is convenient，using cylinder fast accurately the workpiece in place.

　　3、氬弧焊送絲機(jī)送絲速度可從0開始調(diào)節(jié)，送絲平穩(wěn)，送絲量精準(zhǔn)可靠。

　　The wire feeding speed of argon arc welding wire feeding machine can be adjusted from 0,with stable wire feeding and accurate and reliable wire feeding.

　　4、自動變位結(jié)構(gòu)，可自動改變工件焊接角度，改善焊縫的咬邊現(xiàn)象。

　　Automatic positioner,can automatically change the workpiece welding angel,improve the welding seam undercut phenomenon.

　　5、焊槍機(jī)構(gòu)通過電機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)上下左右移動，對槍精準(zhǔn)簡單。

　　The welding gun mechanism moves up and down,left and right through the motor adjustment,which makes the gun accurate and simple.

　　6、設(shè)備具有弧壓反饋功能，可根據(jù)實時弧壓的變化調(diào)整焊槍的浮動機(jī)構(gòu)，維持弧壓穩(wěn)定，確保焊接效果。

　　The equipment has arc voltage feedback function,which can adjust the floating mechanism of the welding torch according to the real-time arc voltage change,maintain the arc voltage stability and ensure the welding effect.

　　7、設(shè)備具有焊槍擺動功能，幫助焊縫更好地成型。
