　　該設(shè)備主要用于不銹鋼、碳鋼、鋁等金屬材質(zhì)的C型件和光軸之間的平焊縫焊接。設(shè)備由PLC控制，運行穩(wěn)定可靠，設(shè)備操作簡便。

　　The equipment is mainly used for flat welding between C-type parts and plain shaft of carbon steel,stainless steel,aluminum and other metal materials.The equipment is controlled by PLC,stable and reliable operation,easy operation.

　　適用于碳鋼、不銹鋼及其它金屬材質(zhì)工件的平縫焊接。

　　主要特點Main features:

　　1、焊槍移動是由步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制，速度可從0開始調(diào)節(jié)，運行平穩(wěn)，扭矩大。

　　The welding gun movement is controlled by a stepper motor,rotation speed can be adjusted from 0,with stable operation and large torque.

　　2、裝夾方便，使用氣缸快速精準(zhǔn)地將工件固定住。

　　The clamping is convenient，using cylinder fast accurately the workpiece in place.

　　3、雙工位通過傳感器定位，焊接位置精準(zhǔn)，切換迅速。

　　Double position positioning by sensor,accurate welding position,fast switching.
